Sequence Stratigraphy

A proper well correlation should take into account sequence stratigraphic principles. A correlation should take the depositional environment into account with a good understanding of how sea level changes influence the depositional environment. Sediment deposition and hence well correlation is a dynamic process.

PanTerra has ample experience with sequence stratigraphic correlations, and we use core descriptions, biostrat information, seismic data and Cyclolog to enhance our interpretations.
