Following the life-cycle of a core plug in the lab

As part of the Shell Petrophysics Course, a group of Shell students visited PanTerra laboratories this week to see the core analysis equipment, the analytical workflow and quality control procedures. Sjaam Oedai and Sergio Fernandez led the group around PanTerra facilities, starting in the core processing area, explained sample preparation techniques and the subsequent RCA and SCAL measurements. We were very happy to have them here.
