It is our pleasure to announce that Pieter van den Heuvel has joined our company on January 2nd, 2012 in the position of Manager Subsurface Evaluation.
Before joining us, Pieter had an exciting career with Shell. He brings over 25 years of experience in the international oil and gas industry, in the Netherlands, UK, Norway and Nigeria. He started his career as a Petrophysicist and Petroleum Engineer, and held positions as Chief Petrophysicist and Chief Petroleum Engineer (Nigeria), Asset Manager for non-operated assets (Statfjord and Kashagan), Strategy and Planning Manager, and Technology Manager.
At PanTerra Pieter is responsible for the overall leadership of the Subsurface Evaluation department, comprising the Exploration and Appraisal, the Reservoir Characterisation and the Reservoir Engineering sections.
