| Measurement of fracture orientations, fracture types and the relative timing of distinct fracture sets can be performed on core by goniometer and digital core scanning. Fractures can be characterised outside of the cored intervals by borehole imaging. Interpretations can be delivered about how the fractures influence connectivity, production rates and recovery factor. |
